TRAVEL
“A person susceptible to ‘wanderlust’ is not so much addicted to movement as committed to transformation.” - Pico Iyer
Travel. Wander. Discover. Journey. The way of of traveler is to journey to places you have not seen to explore and discover new places and cultures. Or, you can journey to places you have been to and explore further and deeper. To find new stories. To discover new sights. To taste new foods. To get to know a place in deeper and richer ways. To find places to hike, sit, eat, play, hear, pray, see, love, sketch, paint, photograph, and just savor everything there is to experience. Each day, each sunset, each sunrise. More stories to hear. More stories to tell.

SELECTIONS FROM CUBA & ITALY 2023 TRIPS
This year was the beginning of devoting more time to traveling and doing my own art and to winding down my landscape architecture projects still under construction to begin to close down my firm. The two big trips this year were to Cuba for a photography workshop with Hudson Henry Photography and to Italy for a drawing workshop in Tuscany with my friend and muse James Richards and Follow your Senses Tuscany.
SELECTIONS FROM MOROCCO 2022 TRIP
This trip began my transformation into realizing I could creatively integrate my life as a full time artist. It was our first trip after covid. The colors, pungent spices, sharp shadows, contrast of oasis with the desert were beguiling. This trip was with my friend James Richards, a fellow artist and urban sketcher, through- Follow your Senses Tuscany.
